About Michael Passi
Founder & Trainer
Michael Passi is a proud Torres Strait Islander with more than 25 years’ experience in the Australian Public Service and 18 years delivering cultural capability programs, facilitator training, and community engagement initiatives. He brings lived cultural knowledge together with deep institutional understanding of government systems, policy environments, and organisational realities.
Michael’s work focuses on translating Indigenous knowledge into clear, practical guidance that works in real-world contexts. His approach prioritises respectful partnerships, transparent processes, and measurable outcomes. Where possible, projects incorporate community-led voices and local knowledge to ensure engagement is culturally appropriate and sustainable.
