Cultural Awareness Training

Explores histories, values, customs, local Indigenous history, the impact of colonisation, and respectful engagement. Participants gain foundational knowledge and practical context to better understand Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives within contemporary workplaces and communities.

Cultural Safety Training

Examines power, privilege, bias, creating safe workplaces, case studies, and eliminating microaggressions. This workshop supports organisations to move beyond awareness and embed culturally safe behaviours, systems, and accountability into everyday practice.

Unconscious Bias Workshop
